2. Refund Policy
- Cash on Delivery: Since we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method, no refunds will be issued electronically.
- Refund Process: In the case of a valid return, we will issue a refund in cash at the time of product pickup or exchange. This means that once we confirm the product’s return, our delivery agent will return the cash to you upon retrieving the item.
- Non-Refundable Items: If a product is not eligible for return a refund will not be issued.
3. Exchanges
- Eligibility for Exchanges: If you received a defective or incorrect item, you may exchange it within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange.
- How to Initiate an Exchange: Follow the same process as a return. Once we confirm the issue, we will arrange for a product exchange at no additional charge.
4. Return Shipping
- Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a defect, damage, or an incorrect item sent, we will bear the shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a change of mind or other non-defective reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
